Job Responsibilities: Processing construction project budgets (cost calculations) Review of project documentation and measurement reports Verification of completeness of assignment and risk identification (missing items, inconsistencies in project) Pricing of individual construction works (materials, labor, machinery) Creation of price quotations for tender processes Requesting and evaluating prices from subcontractors and suppliers Collaboration with the planner and site manager in refining costs Updating budgets according to project changes (additional work / change orders) Monitoring costs during execution (comparison of planned vs. actual) Preparation of documentation for billing and change management.
