Job Duties: Comprehensive management of construction according to project, contract, and schedule Organization of work for own employees and subcontractors Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety Coordination of trades and work procedures Communication with investor, technical designer, designer, and authorities Maintenance of construction log Monitoring of material and work deliveries Handling of changes, additional work, and complaints Preparation of documentation for invoicing and project handover.
