Job Responsibilities: Prepare construction projects from technical and economic perspectives Understand project documentation, quantity statements, budgets Create and review budgets, cost estimates and schedules Request for proposals, evaluation of bids Ensure materials, technologies and construction logistics Cooperate with construction manager during the project Verify contract terms and technical specifications Participate in inspection meetings (as needed per project).
