Velký Osek/Libice nad Cidlinou - 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. What awaits you in production: You will participate in the manufacturing of plastic parts for the automotive industry. Depending on your specific workstation, you will: operate production machinery or work on an assembly line, insert parts into machines and remove finished products, assemble and perform simple finishing work on individual parts, inspect their appearance and quality, label, record, and package finished products, maintain order at your workstation. We will train you for the specific position. Previous production experience is an advantage, but not required. What we expect from you: reliable attendance, willingness to work in 8-hour or 12-hour shift operations, carefulness when inspecting products, ability to follow work and safety procedures, manual dexterity and willingness to learn the specific job. What you will receive for your work: salary up to 35,000 Kč gross monthly including variable compensation and supplements, 5 weeks of vacation, meal allowance of 80 Kč per shift worked, nonstandard supplement of 25% for Saturday and 50% for Sunday, pension savings contribution of 500 Kč monthly after probation period, arranged company transportation from Kolín to both facilities, work on a permanent employment contract and full-time position. Where and in what shifts will you work: Velký Osek – 12-hour shifts in short/long week rotation, Libice nad Cidlinou – 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, night) or 12-hour shifts in short/long week rotation.
