Systembolaget's distribution centers warehouse Systembolaget's entire product range and deliver goods to stores, agents, and private customers across much of the country. Customer satisfaction and quality are the cornerstones of operations and permeate all activities. The main tasks involve picking orders for stores or customers via Systembolaget agents or home delivery. Other tasks that occur include checking outgoing customer orders, packing, package sorting, restocking goods, and other warehouse-related duties. The work is independent in many ways, but collaboration with colleagues is very important. At the distribution center, all employees are expected to actively contribute to maintaining high quality in the work and creating a good atmosphere in the workplace. You need to have a forklift license or be willing to learn, as the work tasks are primarily carried out using a forklift. To obtain a forklift license through us, we require that you can work for at least one year going forward and have good availability during peak seasons, which occur before Easter, Midsummer, Christmas/New Year, and during the summer (June-August). Working hours vary, but are largely scheduled Monday through Thursday from 6–15 or 7–16. During peak season, shifts on Fridays and Sundays may be added, as well as evening shifts from 15–00. The position starts in the fall and begins with a two-day orientation from 7–16. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be a candidate for this position, you need to: Have completed upper secondary education Be studying or engaged in other primary activities for at least 50%. Documentation required. Have a forklift license or be willing to learn Have good availability around major holidays and during the summer months Speak and write Swedish well We prefer that you have at least one year remaining in your studies and see the position with us as long-term! This is a consultant assignment where you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work at our customer location in Birsta. We therefore want you to have good availability during these periods. The position starts this fall and begins with a two-day introduction from 7 am–4 pm.
