Experienced Curator Needed for Assignment at Primary Care Center in Region Västernorrland

We are now seeking an engaged and confident curator (social worker) for a consulting assignment at a primary care center in the Västernorrland region. About the assignment In this role, you will perform standard curator work at a primary care center. The tasks mainly consist of patient contact in the form of support conversations, crisis management, and assessments. Work hours and scope Period: August 31, 2026 – November 27, 2026 (weeks 36–48). The assignment cannot be extended. Scope: 50%. Work hours: 7:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (including approximately 1 hour lunch). Schedule: Work is allocated to 2 days one week and 3 days the next week. Location: On-site in the region (remote work is not possible for this assignment). Qualifications Educated social worker with experience as a curator (Level 2+). Good and documented experience working in primary care. Very good knowledge of the Cosmic medical record system is required. Fluent Swedish required in both speech and writing (English as the only language is not accepted). Other information Introduction: Takes place by agreement, usually for approximately 1 workday.
