Sales Representative for Information, Process Management & Automation at Citedo

Job Description & Offer Would you like to work in sales where you help companies streamline their processes, automate manual workflows, and create better structure in their information management? This could be your next step. Citedo is an IT service provider with operations across Sweden and the Nordic region. The company continues to grow and offers solutions in IT, Information, Process Management & Automation, Print, and AV technology. Citedo is now seeking a business-driven sales representative for the Information, Process Management & Automation area. In this role, you work with solutions that help customers digitalize and automate workflows, reduce manual and repetitive work, and create safer and more structured information management. This is a role for someone who wants to sell more than just a finished product. You understand the customer's business, identify challenges and business opportunities, and work together with Citedo's specialists to find the right solution. We offer you: • An important role in a growing business area • Opportunity to sell modern solutions in digitalization, automation, and information management • Close collaboration with business developers, technical specialists, and consultants • Great opportunity to influence and develop your own business • Fixed salary combined with an attractive commission model • Hybrid workplace with flexibility opportunities Responsibilities As a sales representative, you are responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with both new and existing customers. You drive the sales process from first contact and needs analysis to solution proposal, quote, and closing. An important part of the role is understanding how the customer actually works today. This could involve manual and time-consuming administrative processes, information scattered across different systems, or work tasks that could be digitalized and automated. Your main responsibilities include: • Actively prospect and develop new customers • Grow business with existing customers • Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and presentations • Identify processes and information flows that can be streamlined • Drive deals through the entire sales cycle • Develop solution proposals together with Citedo's specialists • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and other key contacts at the customer Citedo's offering includes digital workflows and information management, automation, invoice handling, archive digitalization, and intelligent AI-driven document interpretation. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales of software, IT solutions, or other business-related digital solutions. You are comfortable working consultatively and enjoy understanding the customer's business to see where there is potential to create business value. Experience in sales within Information Management, ECM, DMS, workflow, process automation, RPA, invoice handling, or related software solutions is particularly relevant. Most importantly, you have the ability to understand the customer's business and can translate an operational problem into a concrete solution. As a person, you are: • Business-driven and results-oriented • Curious and skilled at understanding customer businesses • Self-driven and comfortable creating new business opportunities • Structured and experienced in managing longer sales processes • Trustworthy and skilled at building long-term relationships • Comfortable collaborating with technical specialists and other competencies You don't need to be a technical specialist yourself. However, you need to be curious enough about technology, digitalization, and business development to understand customer needs and see what opportunities exist. Citedo's approach is based on first understanding the business and its processes, then conducting workshops/feasibility studies, developing solutions and business value, and finally moving toward implementation and follow-up. Why Citedo? At Citedo, you enter an area that ranks high on many companies' agendas. Organizations want to streamline their processes, reduce manual work, gain better control of their information, and create the right conditions for automation and AI. The solutions can, for example, contribute to faster processes, less dependency on individuals, cost savings, higher quality, and the ability to grow without administration needing to grow at the same pace. Here you have the opportunity to work in sales where the solution can have a concrete impact on the customer's day-to-day operations and business. We value your personal qualities highly and would like to see that you have a background in sports or community organizations. Please tell us what activity you have pursued, how it has shaped you as a person, and how you believe it will affect you in your professional role. Mobile Tire Technician & Fleet Hero - Vehicle Service Where Your Car Already Sits

ABOUT THE COMPANY Tayer is a fast-growing startup with the ambition to transform how companies and individuals manage their vehicle service in Stockholm. By bringing service to where the cars already are, we make tire changes and other practical vehicle maintenance simpler, smoother, and more time-efficient. With mobile service, smart technology, and a strong customer focus, we create a more modern vehicle service experience where customers can focus on their business while we take care of their cars. Through a seamless digital platform, customers book the service they need. We are now looking for service technicians who want to work on an as-needed basis, especially during the more intensive tire seasons in spring and fall, but with the possibility of work throughout the year. As the company grows, there are excellent career opportunities available. ABOUT THE ROLE As a service technician, you are an important part of the customer experience and the person who performs the service on-site at the customer's location. A typical workday might involve driving to a business office in the city, performing a tire change, checking tread depth, and loading tires into the service vehicle. Next, you head to Solna to pick up wheels that need to be transported to a tire storage facility. There is no traditional workshop or fixed workplace—the service vehicle is your workshop, and the customer's parking lot, driveway, or garage becomes your work location. The role is practical and physically demanding, where heavy lifting and tire work are a natural part of daily operations. Therefore, it's important that you enjoy an active work environment and have good physical fitness. You are also service-oriented and enjoy meeting customers in a professional and friendly manner. Since you often work independently, you need to be solution-oriented and able to handle situations that arise on your own. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and find good solutions when something doesn't go according to plan. The role suits you if you enjoy variety, like being out on the road, and appreciate that no two days are the same. To thrive in this role, we'd like to see that you: - Hold a valid B-class driver's license and are comfortable driving in the Stockholm area - Are physically comfortable with heavy lifting and practical outdoor work year-round - Find it easy to work independently and take responsibility for your assignments - Are customer-focused and enjoy interacting with people - Have previous experience with tire changes, vehicle service, or similar practical work—an advantage but not required PRACTICAL DETAILS This is a flexible position with Tayer, with the opportunity to work as needed Monday through Sunday. APPLICATION Selection is ongoing, so don't delay submitting your application. For questions about the position, contact Dag at [email protected]. We look forward to your application. #tiretechnician #vehicletechnician #workshop #fleet #fleethero #carwash

At SafeTeam, we are convinced that we can accomplish amazing things together when we feel good and enjoy our workplace. That's why we actively work to create a work environment and culture that provides high job satisfaction for all employees. We live our values: Honest, Service-focused, and Secure. SafeTeam is large enough to offer development opportunities, stability, collective agreements, and favorable terms – but at the same time small enough for a truly special and family-like atmosphere. We work with a broad product range, from access control systems, locks, and alarms to camera surveillance, automatic doors, burglary protection, and fire safety. You'll be in good company here – we have approximately 200 wonderful colleagues in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Linköping, Mölndal, Trollhättan, and Stenungsund. What does the job include? As a traveling technician, you will work on-site with our pleasant customers installing and servicing burglary alarms, access control systems, and camera surveillance. You'll be part of and work closely with our Retail & National Accounts organization, which is based in Stockholm. Our customers are located throughout the country. What qualifications do you have? Experience with system design and leading installation work is also advantageous but not required. Many of the customers you'll meet have complex integrated systems, so experience with this is advantageous. But most importantly, you must have the willingness to learn. Some customers are governed by security protection agreements, which means we place extra emphasis on legal compliance and sound personal finances in this recruitment. Are we a good fit? We place great emphasis on who you are as a person. We want you to fit into our team, enjoy your work, and stay with us for a long time! If you work with us, we'll do everything we can to make that happen. We hope for the same genuine commitment from you.
