Sales Customer Manager at Tattoo Studio in Solna, Uncapped Commission
You own the customer side of one of Stockholm's highest-ranked tattoo studios Moment Tattoo in Solna has been around since 2018, has 8+ artists and a 5.0 average rating across 450+ Google reviews. We're now looking for a customer manager who ensures the calendar stays full and every customer who reaches out actually comes in. This is a sales role with people at its core, not a reception role. You conduct our free consultations, match customers with the right artist, and help those who've carried an idea for years finally take the leap. When the studio does well, you see it directly in your paycheck. The job is on-site at our studio in Solna, every workday. Consultations happen face-to-face in person, not over the phone. No remote work. WHAT YOU DO - Conduct consultations with new customers: listen to their ideas, build trust, and create a concrete tattoo plan - Book customers with the right artist, with extra focus on larger projects like sleeves and back pieces - Call and text customers who've booked but not confirmed, and those still finalizing their booking - Handle customer communication via SMS, email, and Instagram, from first contact to scheduled appointment - Keep our booking system organized; we'll teach you the tools HOW THE PAY WORKS - Your salary is based on uncapped commission. The more you book, the higher your percentage. - You choose the balance yourself: a lower base with higher commission, or a higher base with lower commission. In both cases, the base is clearly lower than the total below—commission is what builds your pay. - When you're performing well, you'll realistically be in the range of 30,000 to 40,000 kr per month. The ceiling is open. - We'll go through the exact structure and figures in person during the interview. WORK HOURS Customers reach out after their workday, so our consultations are scheduled late in the day. - Weekdays 10 to 19 - Every other Saturday. Those weeks, you get one weekday off, so you'll average around 40 hours. - Over time, you'll have more control over your schedule—for example, finishing earlier one day when you've worked longer another. This is a full-time position, not a side gig alongside studies. WHO YOU ARE Requirements: - You enjoy selling and want to see your numbers grow - You're comfortable talking to people and build trust quickly - You're organized and don't drop the ball when things happen at once - You take ownership without needing to be told - You speak and write Swedish fluently; consultations are held in Swedish. English in conversation. - You live within commuting distance of Solna Merits, not requirements: - You have tattoos, or want to get some. It makes it easier to understand customers and talk about what's on their arms. - Sales, booking, or service experience with sales responsibility - CRM system experience - You're comfortable on camera Experience is good, but attitude decides. If you've got drive, we'll teach you the rest. WHAT YOU GET - Training in our consultation method and systems from day one - Coaching and clear feedback every week - A role where you see the results of your work in bookings and reviews - An ambitious team in a studio customers travel from across Sweden to visit We do a lot of advertising and social media. As our face to the world, you might get to be in content we create, if you're comfortable on camera. HOW TO APPLY Email your CV to [email protected] with the subject line "Kundansvarig sep" and answer the three questions below in the email. 1. Why does a salary that largely depends on your own results suit you specifically? 2. The base schedule is weekdays 10 to 19 and every other Saturday. Are there recurring times that don't work for you? Write which ones; you don't need to explain why. 3. Where did you see this ad? We read every response. An honest and concrete answer weighs more than a perfect CV. Applications without answers to the questions won't be processed. We move fast, in several stages: response within 24 hours, a short video interview from home that you do within 48 hours, then a video call with me, and then an interview at the studio. We expect you to be able to start in early or mid-October. The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person. Location: Storgatan 104A, Solna, 5 minutes from Huvudsta station.
