As Partner Manager, you are responsible for developing and ensuring efficient delivery within our partner business. You work closely with customers, subcontractors, and consultants to create the right matches between customer needs and the market's best expertise.
The role involves overall responsibility for the business, from customer inquiries and consultant placement to follow-up and invoicing. You will be a key player in developing our strategic customer accounts and expanding the business through a strong network of partners and subcontractors.
Your Areas of Responsibility
In this role, you will, among other things:
Place subcontractors for selected customers with a focus on the engineering segment.
Have regular dialogue with clients and decision-makers to understand and meet their competency needs.
Build, develop, and maintain a network of subcontractors and subconsultants.
Identify, quality-assure, and present qualified consultant offers.
Drive price and contract negotiations with suppliers and partners.
Own the entire process from customer inquiry to self-invoicing in close collaboration with internal support functions.
Ensure good control over the inflow and outflow of subcontractor orders.
Drive and develop selected customer accounts together with sales and other business managers.
Create long-term and trusting partnerships by developing existing relationships and establishing new ones.
Ensure that Jefferson Wells is an attractive and visible partner in relevant networks and alliances.
Actively participate in procurement processes within both the public and private sectors.
We would like you to have:
At least high school education, but preferably relevant higher education or university degree
At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within recruitment, consulting, partner sales, or business development.
Experience building and developing customer and partner relationships.
Commercial understanding and experience driving business from start to finish.
Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
It is a merit if you have:
Understanding of or experience from the engineering segment.
Experience working with the public sector and public procurement.
Experience in the consulting or staffing industry.
