With us you'll have a varied workday where tasks can range from cold prep, hot kitchen, and dishwashing. What will you be working with? As an hourly employee with us, you'll be an important extra resource for the team. You work when we need reinforcement, primarily during sick leave, holidays, or when we have extra work. The position is an hourly contract as needed and does not guarantee a set number of work hours. The need can vary from week to week and during certain periods there may be more shifts than during others. Therefore, this position suits you if you're looking for flexible extra work and can step in when needed. Work tasks vary based on the operation's needs and your experience. With us there are tasks in cold prep, hot kitchen, and dishwashing. Examples of work tasks: Prepare and cook simple dishes, salads, and sandwiches. Support in cold prep and hot kitchen based on experience and knowledge. Work in dishwashing and cleaning according to our hygiene routines. Receive and handle deliveries and maintain order in the kitchen. Help wherever the need is greatest during the workday. Who are you? We're looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and thrives working at a fast pace. You enjoy collaborating and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team. For you it's natural to help where needed and you're comfortable with tasks varying from day to day. Since the position is an hourly contract as needed, you need to be flexible and sometimes be able to step in with short notice. You also need to be comfortable with early mornings, as many of our shifts start as early as 06:00. We believe you're someone who likes order and structure, takes responsibility for your work, and has an interest in food and restaurant operations. We see that you have: Experience from work in a kitchen or restaurant. Good understanding of hygiene and food handling. Ability to communicate in Swedish. A plus if you have restaurant training or experience from cold prep/hot kitchen/dishwashing.
