The work also includes supervision during, for example, court proceedings and hospital visits. TA's mission is varied, which means your working hours can vary from day to day. Evening, night, and weekend work may be included. The schedule times are flexible hours, typically 8:00-17:00. Nationally, it is more common to finish before the flexible time ends, and in most cases, you have a fixed start time. Flexible hours means the employer can change start and end times. Changes are communicated before the previous shift ends. For example, a shift could be between 7:00-19:00 (12 hours) or 09:00-16:00 (7 hours). Working hours are adjusted every three months. If you have worked more than planned, you receive overtime compensation. If you have worked less than planned, you still receive your regular salary. You begin your employment at the workplace where you will receive an introduction during three weeks.
