Correctional Officer Transport Division (Permanent)
Kriminalvården · Vollzeit
Gasverksvägen 9, Nyköping, Schweden
About the Swedish Correctional Service The Swedish Correctional Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more staff members. Our most important goal is to reduce recidivism – to break the cycle of crime. When we succeed, society becomes safer and more secure for everyone. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation services, remand facilities, and prisoner transportation. The Transport Division (TA) is tasked with transporting and supervising detained persons. We move Swedish Correctional Service clients between remand facilities and prisons, to court proceedings and hospitals, among other places. TA also transports detained persons on behalf of, for example, the Police, the National Board of Institutional Care, the Migration Agency, and psychiatric services.
