You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds their way around the store. You should make sure the customer leaves happy—and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration). Work with cutting fresh Swedish meat, cut in-store. Work with packaging, restocking merchandise, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness. Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inviting meat and delicatessen section. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! Who are you? You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a burning interest in really good meat? Great! If you've worked with meat and butchering—even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. If you have previous experience/training in fresh product handling and butchering, this is an asset. Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy. A friendly greeting and a desire to inspire and develop other people are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in really good meat and selling products? Great! Do you have previous leadership experience? Even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages, it's wonderful if you do too. Have a couple of years of previous experience working in the meat/cutting field. Have previous experience in leadership, store economics, and sales—that's a plus. Have previous training or a journeyman/master's certificate in meat—that's a plus.
