As a work supervisor, you work with people who have disabilities within LSS category 1 (individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions). Additional diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, Tourette's, and behavioral issues may also be present. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
