About the Position:
We are now seeking summer substitutes for our operations located in central Nässjö. As a work supervisor, you work with people who have disabilities within LSS category 1 (individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions). Additional diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, Tourette's, and behavioral issues may also be present. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Terms of Employment:
Work hours are daytime, Monday–Friday. The summer substitute positions run during weeks 29–32.
We apply individual salary setting, and other compensation is provided according to collective agreement.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is a significant part of the work
B-category driver's license, manual transmission
Merits include if you have:
Experience from similar operations
Training as a nursing assistant, special education teacher, or behavioral scientist
Knowledge of low-affect communication and explicit pedagogy
