About the Role As a site manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work in the projects. You ensure that work is carried out efficiently, with the right quality and according to the project schedule. The role involves close collaboration with both skilled workers and subcontractors as well as project management and clients, always with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The projects are located in various places around Skåne and include both new construction and renovations. The assignments range from smaller projects to larger and more complex ones, giving you a varied working day. We are Looking for You Who Have at least three years of experience as a site manager in construction Are accustomed to the fast-paced environment that construction projects entail Take initiative, make decisions, and drive work forward Are engaged, solution-oriented, and take responsibility Work well with others and create clear communication with different parties in the project To succeed in the role, you need to be able to maintain an overview while handling the practical issues that arise during the project.
