About the Job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Kungsbacka Södercity! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Job Details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies. Start Date: 2026-10-12 or by agreement. Work Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (speaking and writing). Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh food department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
