About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Kungsbacka Södercity! In short, this role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Job Details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies.
Start Date: 2026-10-12 or by agreement.
Work Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations of the fresh food department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
