You play an important role in stability and security for our youth and clients, and you are responsible for the basics of daily life such as schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You contribute to maintaining security at the institution according to our routines. You work to build trusting relationships and help our youth and clients receive the security they need to break established patterns of behavior. Documentation is an important part of your work.
