We are all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people based on a template but on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. We're doing well and growing fast. Now we're looking for more happy team members with the right attitude and a desire to develop!
About the Job
We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Kungsbacka Hede! The job is simply about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Position Details: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.
Start Date: 2026-09-28 or by agreement.
Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
More about the job:
The position covers our bakery department which you will have special responsibility for.
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations of the fresh produce department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you'll also be placing orders and planning sales, as well as contributing to the store reaching its sales and profitability targets.
About Us
For us, the right attitude and desire to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team because we believe that true great collaboration produces the best results – while having fun at work.
More about us:
We are covered by the Retail Employees' collective agreement which includes fair terms such as pensions, insurance, and good overtime compensation.
You'll receive wellness contributions, employee discount, and employee offers after a period of employment.
Our big heart issue is making sure everyone can afford good food. For example, we open our own stores in socially disadvantaged areas and help others open social grocery stores.
Sustainability is important to us and we always work to reduce food waste.
We give you great opportunities to grow through various responsibility areas and training. Many who started their journey as a store associate at Willys are today team leaders, store managers, or have a specialist role at our support office.

About You
Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do that too. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It's also great if you:
See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
