Danish-speaking customer service representative, day shift

Job Responsibilities As part of our customer service team, you will be an important part of every customer experience. In your role as a customer service representative, you will primarily answer incoming calls and emails. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction, which contributes to sales and efficiency. As part of the team, you will work with: Incoming calls Email management Chat Mail handling Case management / Feedback cases Who are you? You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written. You have good computer skills or previous experience with CRM/customer systems. You are able to work both individually and in a group. Meritorious You preferably have previous experience in customer service, sales, or equivalent experience. You have previous experience with the Office package. Training We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin the employment with one week of internal training in the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay. About the position Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30. Employment terms: Permanent employment with 6 months probation.
