Clinic Manager at Folktandvården Skåne, Kävlinge and Löddeköpinge

The clinics in Kävlinge and Löddeköpinge are part of a merger. We serve patients of all ages and offer a broad range of dental expertise, from consultations to advanced prosthetic treatments. We work with team dentistry and our ambition is to always put the patient in focus and maintain a high level of service. At the Kävlinge clinic we currently have 16 colleagues and 10 treatment rooms. At the Löddeköpinge clinic we have 11 colleagues working in 9 treatment rooms. Both clinics are centrally located with good commuting options. 1 position(s). DUTIES Your main task will be to motivate and lead employees and together with them drive and develop the business. To support this work you will have a clinic coordinator whose role is to be responsible for scheduling, administration, production planning and supporting the day-to-day operations. As clinic manager you will: • Be part of one of Folktandvården Skåne's management groups for general dentistry. • Have responsibility for operations, finances and personnel. • Work towards both the clinics' goals and the company's overall objectives. • Together with your management colleagues work to provide patients with the best possible care and increase development and learning in the daily work environment for our employees. • Have contacts and collaborations with external suppliers and other socially important functions. You will be responsible for planning, leading and developing your own clinics but also contribute to the work and development of other clinics. It is important to us that we collaborate between clinics and with each other. It is also valuable for us to maintain close dialogue with our collective agreement partners and you will be responsible for leading the local cooperation group.
