We offer services within: Automation Electrical design Digitalization Project management Installation Control cabinet manufacturing Service and support About the Role As an Automation Engineer with us, you will work in a dynamic environment with both small and large projects within industrial automation. You will be involved from idea to commissioning and work closely with both customers and colleagues across various technical fields. As a senior in automation, you will also mentor your junior colleagues. Your main responsibilities include: · Programming of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff, Rockwell, Ignition, or similar). At this point, Siemens is the most common system. · Participation/ownership in system design and functional descriptions · System commissioning and testing, both on-site and at the customer's location · Troubleshooting, improvement work, and technical support · Collaboration with project managers, electrical engineers, and other technical disciplines Who Are You? We believe you have an analytical and solution-focused approach. You like to take responsibility, have a natural curiosity, and thrive in a role where you can be a technician, leader, and problem solver all at once. We would like to see that you have: Relevant technical education as a civil engineer, engineering graduate, or vocational college, or equivalent professional experience Several years of experience programming in Siemens Knowledge of other PLC/HMI programming and SCADA Good Swedish and English in speech and writing B-class driver's license Meritorious qualifications include experience from process industry or machine control. Your main responsibilities may include: Programming, configuring, and further developing ABB 800xA systems Developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions System design, functional descriptions, and technical documentation Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at customer sites Improvement work, support, and problem-solving in existing facilities Collaborating with other technical disciplines throughout the project Who Are You? You are a curious and solution-oriented automation engineer who likes to take responsibility. You work systematically, can make your own decisions, and are equally comfortable with technical details as you are with customer and colleague interactions. We'd like to see that you have: Relevant technical education such as a civil engineer degree, engineering degree, vocational college, or equivalent professional experience Practical experience with ABB 800xA Experience with PLC, HMI, and/or SCADA programming Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written B driver's license It's a plus if you have experience from the process industry, machine control, or commissioning.
