Your Qualifications For the position of support assistant, a completed upper secondary education program in the care and support program with specialization in the disability/psychiatry area or childhood and leisure with a focus on social work/pedagogical work is required. Alternatively, other education that the employer deems relevant. For the positions, it is advantageous if you have previously worked with individuals with mental health disabilities and used digital work tools. Methods used in the work include MI, ESL, and a low-affect approach. The work requires physical mobility as situations arise that cannot be anticipated and must be resolved in a way adapted to the situation.
