This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and initially running until May 2027, with possible extension.
About the Role
As an HR Generalist at ID06, you will have a broad and operational role supporting managers and employees in daily HR work. You work closely with the business and help ensure that HR processes function effectively and comply with applicable guidelines.
The position is approximately 50%, corresponding to 2 to 3 days per week, and is performed on-site at the office in central Jönköping. Travel to the company's office in Göteborg may occur.
Responsibilities
You will work with, among other things:
Payroll administrative processes in collaboration with an external payroll partner
Review and quality assurance of payroll documentation
Rehabilitation matters, sick leave, and occupational health issues
Contacts with Försäkringskassan, occupational health services, and other external parties
Operational HR support to managers and employees
Recruitment of staffing consultants and employees
Onboarding of new employees
Occupational health and safety work and personnel administration
Support in personnel matters and difficult conversations
Implementation and follow-up of HR processes and decisions
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with experience in broad HR work and who is confident in independently handling both operational HR issues and personnel matters.
We would like to see that you have:
Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar
Knowledge of employment law, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety
Experience with recruitment and onboarding
Experience with payroll processes and collaboration with an external payroll provider
Good communication skills and experience supporting managers
Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
Experience from customer service operations is a plus.
