Health and Care Team 7 is part of the Health and Care Function in Jönköping Municipality, which consists of 13 interdisciplinary health and care teams plus one home care team. Together, we are approximately 460 dedicated employees working to provide good, safe, and personalized care for our patients. Our service area is Bankeryd with rural areas, Trånghalla, Kortebo, parts of Bymarken, and Järstorp. Within the area there are four nursing homes: Ceciliagården Nursing Home, Ekåsen Nursing Home, Ramseysgården Nursing Home, and Vilhelmsrogården Nursing Home. In this role, you will meet patients who live in nursing homes, short-term care units, or in their own homes. Patients are of different ages and life situations, which contributes to varied work where no two days are the same. As a nursing assistant with us, you perform health and care services that have been assigned or delegated by a registered nurse. Examples of work tasks include: blood pressure checks, catheter management, or wound dressing changes venipuncture medication management, such as dividing doses and insulin administration guidance and support to patients and their relatives documentation in operational systems collaboration with colleagues and other professionals development and quality work You will be part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of nursing assistants, registered nurses/specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. Together we contribute with different expertise to provide safe and cohesive care. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with good experience in the profession. You are confident in your professional role, accustomed to taking responsibility, and work independently with good judgment. If you also have experience with delegated health and care services, for example from home care, primary care centers, or hospitals, we consider that highly meritorious. We also see that you: have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing are comfortable using digital tools in your work have a B driving license and driving experience, as a car is used in the job have good physical mobility since the work takes place in patients' home environments, where you need to adapt your working methods based on the conditions available.
