He communicates fluently and is involved in the assistance process and wants to feel safe and motivated by his assistants. He needs help with cooking, household chores, and support with showering, certain transfers, and getting dressed. We believe you are a cheerful and responsible person who is empathetic with the ability to take initiative on your own. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, for good communication and to be able to document important information. He needs support and supervision around the clock. He needs help with hygiene, showering, taking medication, getting dressed, preparing and tidying up meals, and more.
