Alma Assistans is an engaged company that collaborates with our clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with offices in Uppsala, Jönköping, Ulricehamn, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Växjö. We are now looking for you to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Västerås. Our client is a pleasant man who lives alone in an apartment and is planning to move to Västerås in the fall. He uses a wheelchair and is paralyzed in the lower part of his body and is blind. He communicates fluently and is involved in the assistance process and wants to feel safe and motivated by his assistants. He needs help with cooking, household chores, and support with showering, certain transfers, and getting dressed. We believe you are a cheerful and responsible person who is empathetic with the ability to take initiative on your own. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, for good communication and to be able to document important information.
