Sales Representative for Fruktdealen in Gothenburg

Do you want to sell a product that nearly every workplace can relate to and that creates well-being and value for everyone in the office? We're now looking for you – someone who loves creating deals from the ground up: finding customers, booking meetings, going out, demonstrating value, and closing the deal. About the Role This is a role for someone who genuinely loves sales. Not just customer relationships and nice words, but the actual work: activity, follow-up, energy, persistence, and the drive to win deals. Gothenburg is more or less an untapped market for us at Fruktdealen. There are many companies here, great potential, and a concrete product. This is a pure new business development role where your mission is to build up our local business in Gothenburg. You won't be taking over an existing customer base and you won't be relying on a large stream of warm leads. Here it's about creating the opportunities yourself. You will identify new companies, find the right contact person, book meetings, go out with sample boxes, leave quotes, and follow up until the deal is done. We sell recurring deliveries of fruit, milk, snacks, breakfast items, and other office-related solutions to businesses. Customers can range from small owner-run companies to larger offices, and the decision-maker can be an Office Manager, receptionist, HR manager, Facility Manager, CEO, or owner. The product is easy to understand, but the role requires activity, courage, and persistence. Fruit at work is important to many employees, but it's not always at the top of the decision-maker's list. That's why you need to create interest, find the customer's pain point, and show why Fruktdealen is a better alternative. In the role, you will, among other things: Find new potential customers in the Gothenburg area Prospect using CRM data, your own observations, tips, networks, and local knowledge Call, book meetings, and make spontaneous visits when it's the right way in Go out with sample boxes and showcase Fruktdealen's offering on-site Understand the customer's current solution and identify relevant improvement points Create and send quality quotes Follow up on business opportunities in CRM Build up a local customer base from scratch The focus is on Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities, roughly from Kungsbacka to Kungälv. You will work from our newly opened office in Marieholm, where you'll sit close to the regional manager and local operations, and report to CEO and co-owner Mikael Engqvist. There's a lot of freedom here, but also clear expectations. Activity needs to happen every week. The right person will quickly be able to get to meetings, send out quotes, build a pipeline, and close deals. Your Profile We're looking for someone with a natural rhythm to you. You're socially confident, forward-thinking, and not afraid to make contact. You don't need an extensive academic background or a perfect CV. What matters is how you approach the job and what energy you bring. You love the feeling of getting a yes – a signature! You enjoy creating deals, building a pipeline, and seeing direct results from your own effort. You also understand that sales isn't always about pushing harder, but about listening, being smart, finding the right angle, and following up. This could work for you if you currently work, or have previously worked, as, for example, a meeting booker, telemarketer, field sales representative, DVH salesperson, district sales representative, or in another role where you're used to high activity, clear targets, and many nos on the way to a yes.
