Together, you are responsible for maintenance and renovation of apartments, commercial spaces, and common areas. We offer varied work where no two days are the same. You have the opportunity to work on both small maintenance tasks and larger renovation projects, which provides a broad range of tasks and challenges. The work is largely independent, but on larger projects you collaborate to achieve the best possible results. Your future responsibilities As a painter with us, you work with: Spackling, sanding, and painting Renovation and maintenance of apartments and commercial spaces Painting of common areas Exterior painting of, for example, facades and windows during the summer season Other tasks included in the scope of the position The role also includes Daily contact with tenants and contractors Being a positive representative and ambassador for Vallonbygden in our residential areas Material ordering and some invoice handling Planning and prioritizing tasks together with colleagues and service manager Independently managing assignments from start to completion Who are you?
