Your daily tasks consist of handling the following types of customer inquiries and cases: product questions, orders, delivery, returns, and complaints. Communication takes place via email, chat, and phone in Swedish or English. Your Profile As a person, you are service-oriented, positive, customer-focused, and have a natural interest in sales.
