About the Role As an IT technician, you help users solve IT problems that arise in daily operations. This can range from simple user questions and password issues to troubleshooting computers, printers, and other technical equipment. You may encounter various types of IT environments and hardware. In addition to standard office equipment, this may include scanners and other business-specific IT equipment. The role is therefore varied and suits you if you enjoy practical troubleshooting, meeting users, and finding solutions to different types of technical problems. To thrive in this role, we believe you are service-oriented and solution-focused and enjoy helping others with technical problems. You are comfortable with independent troubleshooting and have a natural interest in understanding how various types of technology work. Since work occurs as needed, it is important that you have a flexible study situation and the ability to step in and work with relatively short notice. We therefore prefer that you have a longer period remaining in your studies and are looking for a part-time job that you can combine with them over time.
