We at Local Services are expanding and seeking more dedicated and independent facility maintenance custodians to join our team. Are you someone who enjoys varied work tasks, has a strong work ethic, and likes to provide excellent service? Then you might be the person we're looking for! Your responsibilities will include facility maintenance, house cleaning, move-out cleaning, and window washing. We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience with the above-mentioned tasks Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility Ability to work both independently and as part of a team B-class driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor We offer: A varied and active workday Friendly colleagues and a good work environment Opportunities for development within the company The position is on an as-needed hourly basis, and we are recruiting continuously – it's an advantage if you can start immediately.
