Qualifications We are looking for someone who wants to work with children and youth with functional variations. Experience working with mental health issues and/or LSS 9:8 is an asset, but not a requirement. For example, you may be educated as: · nursing assistant · social worker · treatment pedagogue · social pedagogue · in healthcare, education, and care or similar As a person, you are confident in your adult role, can make your own decisions, and enjoy collaboration. You are flexible, solution-focused, and quick to learn new ways of working. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as some computer skills, are assets. Our work is based on trauma-informed care, low-affective communication, and clear pedagogy. These approaches create stability, comprehensibility, and security in daily life – for both the children and staff. You are responsible for building relationships with both the child and important people in their network. The position also includes typical household and cleaning tasks that occur at a residential facility. Qualifications As a short-term substitute, it is desirable if you are trained as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue, but this is not required. It is a merit if you have university credits in CBT, MI, ACRA, neuropsychiatric disabilities, or pedagogy. You ideally have experience working in care and/or social work. You likely also have experience working with children and young people and can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. B-class driver's license is required.
