About the Position
Stuveryd is an HVB with ten places for boys and girls aged 7–12 years. We accept traumatized children with attachment issues and neuropsychiatric challenges. With 20 years of experience working with children, we offer a safe, welcoming, and predictable environment where the children's needs are always at the center.
Our work is based on trauma-informed care, low-affective communication, and clear pedagogy. These approaches create stability, comprehensibility, and security in daily life – for both the children and staff.
The position includes treatment interventions through conversations, activities, structured daily routines, and basic care for the children in our facilities. You are responsible for building relationships with both the child and important people in their network.
The position also includes typical household and cleaning tasks that occur at a residential facility.
Qualifications
As a short-term substitute, it is desirable if you are trained as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue, but this is not required. It is a merit if you have university credits in CBT, MI, ACRA, neuropsychiatric disabilities, or pedagogy.
You ideally have experience working in care and/or social work. You likely also have experience working with children and young people and can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.
B-class driver's license is required.

Collective Agreement, Benefits & Compensation
All companies in the Novelia Group are members of Almega/Healthcare Enterprises and have collective agreements according to Sector E; for this role, the collective agreement between Almega/Healthcare Enterprises and Vision applies.
Salary is differentiated and individual according to agreement. For this position, you will be employed as intermittent staff and therefore have no guaranteed hours.
