You'll have a varied workday where you're responsible for installation, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical solutions directly at customer sites. About the role As a Field Technician, you're responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical solutions at customer sites throughout Sweden. You work independently in the field and become an important representative for the company in customer interactions. The role offers a unique combination of technology, customer contact, and hands-on work. You'll work with everything from hardware and networking to assembly, cable installation, and technical installations. At the same time, you contribute to ensuring that business-critical systems function properly and that customers have a smooth user experience. The work involves travel throughout Sweden and occasional overnight stays. You'll have access to a company car, work clothes, and all equipment needed to succeed in the role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a property manager, you have a key role at SigtunaHem. You are with our tenants throughout their residency from move-in to move-out and everything in between. You oversee your area and your properties, where you have overall responsibility for maintenance and repairs. You are the natural contact for our tenants and represent SigtunaHem in your area. You work in a team together with a property administrator and two other property managers. Your daily work includes, among other things: • Handle maintenance requests from our tenants via our property management system • Regular inspections of our properties • Work problem-solving and proactively to ensure tenants have as trouble-free housing as possible • Repairs in properties and apartments, for example electrical, plumbing, and carpentry • Contact with tenants • Order work from our suppliers and maintain contact and follow-up on completed work QUALIFICATIONS • At least two years of professional experience from a similar role in property management or similar work • Basic knowledge of properties and installations • Driver's license (Category B) • Computer skills Employment Type: Permanent position.
