As a counselor/psychologist/psychotherapist with us, you will work with assessment, counseling, and treatment of patients of all ages within primary care – for example, crises, mild to moderate mental health issues, stress, and life situation-related concerns. The work is varied and includes both brief supportive conversations and more structured conversation therapy. You'll work closely with physicians and other professionals at the clinic and are an important part of developing our conversation therapy services, especially in connection with our upcoming expansion. Start date by agreement. Qualifications You are a licensed healthcare and social work counselor, licensed psychotherapist, or licensed psychologist with an interest in primary care's broad and varied patient work, and you want to work with us to provide good quality care. You find it easy to create trusting encounters with both patients and colleagues and can communicate clearly. As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, solution-focused, and responsible.
