Are you a driven and committed project manager who wants to play a central role in exciting construction projects? Then you could be the person we're looking for to join our team at LBF Bygg & Mark AB.
About the Role
As a project manager with us, you are a key person in projects. You are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, economy, time, and resources. You lead the project independently and ensure profitability through proper staffing, technical solutions, and efficient production. You will also be an important link between the site manager, suppliers, clients, and production staff.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead and manage projects according to agreed requirements and goals
Take responsibility for quality, efficiency, and safety in projects
Plan and execute production according to technical specifications
Handle certain procurement tasks
Communicate actively and provide feedback to the site manager and other project team members
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who enjoys early mornings and has a positive, unpretentious, and responsible attitude. You thrive in a leadership role and are a natural problem solver who enjoys building good relationships inside and outside the company. You are flexible and willing to step in where needed.
We believe you have:
At least 5 years of experience from the construction industry
Bas-U and Bas-P certifications
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Category B driving license
Work Location:
We are based in Arlanda Stad, with projects primarily in northern Stockholm and occasionally in other locations.
