The role of Assistant Operations Manager that makes a difference As Assistant Operations Manager, you will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager to lead and develop the operations. You will work systematically to create optimal conditions for staff to provide high-quality care and services. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and are expected to be an active and contributing member of the operations management team. As Assistant Operations Manager, you should have the following qualifications and experience We are looking for: Higher education and/or university degree, preferably nursing but social work, behavioral science, or equivalent is also fine. At least two years of experience successfully leading employees and teams. Good knowledge and experience of working and reporting in various support systems, such as health records, planning, and payroll systems. If you proceed in the process, we will request certificates of the above qualifications. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency. Merits It is an asset if you have training in leadership or experience leading and experience managing privately-run operations.
