As a Quality Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for driving, coordinating, and developing Sysav's quality work and management system according to ISO 9001. Your Team
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Safety and Quality unit, which belongs to the Finance department. Here you meet an engaged team with broad expertise in various areas. You work closely with leadership, managers, and other key functions in the organization, driving, coordinating, and supporting quality work across the entire organization.
Your Role
As a Quality Coordinator, you have group-wide responsibility for Sysav's quality management system. You develop, maintain, and ensure that work methods, processes, and documentation are current, functional, and integrated into operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
• driving and further developing the quality management system according to ISO 9001
• coordinating work with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and serving as convenor of the KMA Council
• structuring and developing processes and ensuring connection to governing documents
• developing document management, document hierarchy, and templates
• coordinating internal and external audits
• driving non-conformance handling and improvement work
• preparing analyses, monitoring, and decision-making materials
• coordinating management reviews
• supporting and training managers and operations
The role involves both strategic and operational work, where you actively contribute to implementing and developing quality work across Sysav's entire organization.

Key Experience
• post-secondary education in quality, business development, or equivalent
• several years of experience with systematic quality work and management systems according to ISO 9001
• experience driving and developing processes and document structure
• experience with internal and/or external audits
• very good Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious
It is an advantage if you have experience with risk-based approaches and internal governance and control, as well as experience from regulated or public sector operations. Training in audit techniques or ISO standards is also meritorious, as is experience working with ISO 14001 or 45001.
