We are looking for someone experienced in machinery work who wants to work as a machine operator through Lernia in Varberg. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your technical interest and attention to detail in a stable production environment. About the Position Work Location: Varberg Work Hours: Shift work Employment Type: staffing assignment through Lernia, full-time/part-time as agreed Start Date: as agreed As a machine operator, you will monitor and control production machinery, set up and adjust equipment, load materials, and perform ongoing quality inspections. You will perform basic troubleshooting, document deviations, and follow established safety procedures to maintain safe and efficient production. About You You are thorough, responsible, and enjoy practical work. You collaborate well in teams and take initiative to contribute to production improvements. A good understanding of safety and hygiene in the work environment is important. Formal Qualifications Experience working as a machine operator or in an industrial/production environment is a plus Forklift certification is a plus or requirement depending on the assignment B-class driver's license and access to a car are desirable Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous to have experience from the process or food industry, as well as knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Previous experience following HACCP or other quality and safety procedures is seen as an advantage.
