About the Position Do you want to work in a practical role where quality, precision, and collaboration are the focus? We are now hiring a form carpenter for Veidekke's prefab operations, specializing in the manufacturing and maintenance of casting forms. As a form carpenter in prefab, you are responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining casting forms used in the production of prefabricated concrete elements. You work from drawings and production documentation and ensure that the forms meet the correct quality, dimensions, and function for production. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in production, reinforcement, and work management, where you contribute to a safe and efficient production flow. Key Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and adapt casting forms Read and interpret drawings Measure and inspect that the forms meet specifications Adjust, repair, and maintain existing casting forms Participate in improvement initiatives to develop quality, efficiency, and safety Collaborate with production staff, reinforcement workers, concrete workers, and work management Location: Sala Scope: Full-time Work Hours: Daytime About You We are looking for someone who enjoys practical and varied work where quality, precision, and safety are priorities. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and work well with others, while also being able to work independently when needed. You have experience in reading drawings and an interest in manufacturing and adapting casting forms. If you also have experience in form building, prefab production, or work in the construction or concrete industry, that is a plus. Overhead crane and forklift certifications are also an advantage.
