As a Truck Driver with expanded responsibilities via Lernia in Varberg, you'll play an important role in production where you handle internal logistics, ensure smooth workflows, and contribute to your team's efficiency. About the Position In this role, you are responsible for safe and efficient truck operation for internal transport, loading and unloading, and material handling according to instructions and safety procedures. You will also have expanded responsibility for maintaining order in warehouse areas, reporting discrepancies, and supporting flow planning and inventory activities. The work is operational and takes place in close collaboration with the production team. Work Tasks Transport materials and products internally by truck Loading and unloading trucks and pallet handling Responsible for order, traceability, and labeling in warehouse areas Participate in and support warehouse inventories and follow-up Report damage, deficiencies, or discrepancies to management Follow the company's safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Support simple administrative tasks related to flow and documentation About You You are responsible, organized, and enjoy practical work where quality and safety are prioritized. You work well in a team, can take own initiatives to improve workflows, and are flexible with varying work tasks. You are careful with the handling and labeling of goods and understand the importance of reporting discrepancies.
