As a Service Coordinator at PIVAB, you'll become a central part of the company's aftermarket operations. You work closely with customers, colleagues, service technicians, and external service partners. At the same time, you'll have significant responsibility for planning, coordinating, and monitoring service assignments in both Sweden and abroad. You'll also be an important part of developing and structuring the service business. Using the company's service and case management systems, you ensure that information is in the right place, develop efficient working methods, and contribute to a well-functioning service organization. You have many contact points and play an important role in ensuring that both customers and colleagues receive the support they need. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and coordinating service assignments and installations - Handling and following up on incoming service and support cases - Booking and coordinating service technicians and external service partners - Ongoing customer contact regarding service, maintenance, and future needs - Creating quotes, selling service agreements and spare parts - Making regular updates in business and service systems regarding price adjustments, spare parts, and customer information You will also handle simpler support cases. This doesn't mean you need to be a technical expert, but you need to be curious, solution-oriented, and willing to learn the products to help customers. By following up on installed systems, building long-term customer relationships, and actively working with service agreements, you'll play a vital role in developing PIVAB's aftermarket business. You'll work full-time during standard office hours with the possibility of flexible arrangements, based at PIVAB's office in Veddige. Who Are You? We believe you're someone who thrives in a role where service, structure, and relationships are in focus. Perhaps you currently work in an administrative or coordinating role where planning, customer contact, and follow-up are a natural part of your daily work. You could also have a technical background, such as an electrician, service technician, or in HVAC, and be ready to take the step into a more coordinating office role. Regardless of background, you have completed upper secondary education, are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing with good English skills. You're used to working in different systems and feel comfortable with administrative tasks. If you also have experience in service, support, coordination, or aftermarket operations, we see that as meriting, but we place great importance on the right attitude and willingness to develop. As a person, you're engaged, service-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. You have a structured approach to work and enjoy creating order, planning ahead, and driving things to completion. At the same time, you're communicative and have an easy way of building trust with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Since the role combines coordination, support, and selling service agreements, we believe you're someone who likes to take initiative, follow up, and isn't hesitant to pick up the phone when needed.
