"We've built something really good, but we're far from finished. Now we're taking the next step and establishing our own company within the Byggbetjänten Group. That's why we're looking for you—someone who wants to be part of developing the business, creating structure for continued growth, and strengthening our operations together. For the right person, there's a real opportunity to make an impact." – Mats Eriksson, CEO Byggbetjänten AB. Machines, people, and long-term relationships. That's the foundation of Hyrmaskiner. For many years, the business has grown with strong local roots, high service standards, and close partnerships with customers in construction and industry. As of October 1st, Hyrmaskiner becomes its own company within the Byggbetjänten Group, marking the next chapter in its development. With operations in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, Västerås, Skövde, and Örebro, Hyrmaskiner has built a strong market position. Through excellent service, close customer relationships, and a clear local presence, the company has created a solid foundation for continued growth. Our ambition is to keep growing with both existing and new customers, develop the business, and create long-term partnerships for the future. Now we're looking for a CEO ready to write the next chapter. This role is for you if you thrive when things are happening. You enjoy developing businesses, creating structure, and driving operations forward. At the same time, you're drawn to the opportunity to be part of an established company taking the next step as an independent entity. A day close to the business As CEO, you'll lead Hyrmaskiner into its next phase. Together with the owner and group management, you're responsible for continuing to develop the business with a focus on profitability, structure, and long-term customer relationships. This is a role where you need to be close to operations. One day it's customer meetings, investments, and sales; the next, it's developing the organization, creating more efficient processes, or discussing future locations. You naturally shift between strategic questions and day-to-day operations. "We're not just looking for a manager. We're looking for someone who understands the industry, loves business, and sees the value in long-term relationships. Someone who likes to make things work, enjoys developing businesses, and wants to be part of Hyrmaskiner's next step." concludes Mats. Continue developing sales and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers. Create structure, efficient processes, and conditions for continued expansion. Develop collaboration within the Byggbetjänten Group and identify new business opportunities. Contribute to the development of new locations and depots. Build an organization where people thrive, develop, and take responsibility. Be a visible and present leader with a strong focus on customers, employees, and business. Who are you? We believe you come from the equipment rental industry and understand the interplay between sales, service, and long-term customer relationships. You have strong business acumen and thrive in an environment with high pace and short decision-making processes. Maybe you're currently working as a site manager, regional manager, or operations manager and feel it's time to take the next step. You're used to working with profit responsibility and are motivated by developing both businesses and people. We'd also like you to have: Experience in sales and business development. Strong financial understanding and experience working toward budgets and clear goals. The ability to combine structure and efficiency with decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit. Clear, confident, and engaging leadership. The ability to build long-term relationships and strong partnerships, both internally and externally. Why Hyrmaskiner? Hyrmaskiner is a company with a strong culture, engaged employees, and short decision-making paths. As CEO, you'll have significant freedom and close collaboration with the owner and group management. There's a clear ambition to continue developing and growing, while staying close to operations and customers will always be crucial to our success. If you love business, people, and developing operations, this is an opportunity to be part of an established company taking the next step as an independent entity within the Byggbetjänten Group.
