Experience with grant-funded operations, such as Vinnova or EU-funded projects
Experience working in dynamic environments with high pace and growth
Experience building, structuring, and developing processes and working methods
Ability to switch between operational work and strategic development work

It is desirable if you have experience from roles such as Operations Manager, Site Manager, or similar, as well as from academic environments, research operations, or technical/lab-based operations. Experience in international recruitment and matters related to work permits is also desirable, as is experience from operations where confidentiality and high integrity are important parts of the work.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you are a confident and relationship-building leader who finds it easy to build trust with different types of people.
You are structured, solution-oriented, and accustomed to independently driving matters from idea to implementation. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you need to be both strategic and operational, and you have the ability to create clarity even when circumstances change.
We would like to see that you are:
Stable and confident in your leadership
