With operations in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, Västerås, Skövde, and Örebro, Hyrmaskiner has built a strong market position. Through excellent service, close customer relationships, and a clear local presence, the company has created a solid foundation for continued growth. This role is for you if you thrive when things are happening. You enjoy developing businesses, creating structure, and driving operations forward. At the same time, you're drawn to the opportunity to be part of an established company taking the next step as an independent entity.
A day close to the business
As CEO, you'll lead Hyrmaskiner into its next phase. Together with the owner and group management, you're responsible for continuing to develop the business with a focus on profitability, structure, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a role where you need to be close to operations. One day it's customer meetings, investments, and sales; the next, it's developing the organization, creating more efficient processes, or discussing future locations. You naturally shift between strategic questions and day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities
Some of your key areas of responsibility will be to:
Lead and develop the business with full accountability for results, profitability, and growth.
Continue developing sales and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
Create structure, efficient processes, and conditions for continued expansion.
Develop collaboration within the Byggbetjänten Group and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of new locations and depots.
Build an organization where people thrive, develop, and take responsibility.
Be a visible and present leader with a strong focus on customers, employees, and business.
Who are you?
We believe you come from the equipment rental industry and understand the interplay between sales, service, and long-term customer relationships. You have strong business acumen and thrive in an environment with high pace and short decision-making processes.
Maybe you're currently working as a site manager, regional manager, or operations manager and feel it's time to take the next step. You're used to working with profit responsibility and are motivated by developing both businesses and people.
We'd also like you to have:
Experience in sales and business development.
Strong financial understanding and experience working toward budgets and clear goals.
The ability to combine structure and efficiency with decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit.
Clear, confident, and engaging leadership.
The ability to build long-term relationships and strong partnerships, both internally and externally.
