Several years of experience in qualified HR work and consultative support to managers, preferably from the public sector. Current knowledge of employment law and experience handling cases and issues from an employment law perspective. Driver's license category B. Good support from colleagues and your manager, based on "Together" being a guiding principle for the department and its work. Opportunity to influence and develop both your role and HR work in general. Work in an organization with high ambitions and great drive for development.
