We are looking for a qualified support pedagogue for our daily activities program, Functional Support. You will be part of the daily work together with others in the daily activities program. Working as a support pedagogue means that you naturally become part of the participants' activities and ensure that, together with others, you contribute to and develop meaningful activities for participants. Job Responsibilities You are responsible for planning, leading, evaluating, and developing pedagogical work and pedagogical conferences in collaboration with the unit manager. In cooperation with users and support staff, you are responsible for establishing implementation plans, interaction strategies, and ensuring follow-ups are conducted. You will also mentor and support staff in interaction, methodological work, and develop approaches for user participation and influence within the unit. Part of the work involves ensuring that social documentation is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and maintaining the procedures surrounding social documentation, as well as working with competence and development issues. The position also includes collaboration with both external and internal contacts such as family members, guardians, and community nurses. Qualifications and Experience University education of at least 60 higher education credits within the functional support area, such as social pedagogy, special education, leisure pedagogy, or similar. Alternatively, qualified vocational higher education (covering at least 200 vocational credits) in social work or other relevant education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience working within the functional support field is a requirement. For this position, we consider it particularly meritorious if you have experience with Supported Employment and see the individual's strengths, interests, and opportunities. You have the ability to create and develop meaningful activities that strengthen the individual's participation, independence, and development. With the individual's circumstances in focus, you work to create opportunities for internships or employment in the open job market. You have understanding and practical experience in how individualized and goal-oriented support can contribute to increased independence. Digitalization is an important part of the organization's development. We are therefore looking for someone who can use digital tools and methods for learning and communication and to identify, develop, and expand the individual's opportunities for meaningful activities. Experience working with Yrkesresan is also meritorious. These experiences are of great importance for the assignment and will be given particular weight in the recruitment process. You have good communication skills and express yourself well in speech and writing. You are confident in your professional role, have good self-awareness, and a professional approach. Through your social competence and mentoring abilities, you create trusting relationships and collaborate well with users, colleagues, and partners. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, resourceful, and engaged, with an ability to inspire others and contribute to the organization's continued development. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. It is a requirement that you have a driver's license and actively drive a car. Other Information Selected candidates will take a digital language test. A passing level is required to proceed in the process.
