About Unika in Trollhättan Would you like the chance to be part of developing an operation from the ground up? Unika LSS has been given the opportunity to operate two newly built facilities in Trollhättan, launching in the fall. The facilities include a group home and a service home. We are now seeking support pedagogues for both operations. The facilities are located on Spetsgatan and Granbarrsvägen. About the Support Pedagogue Role As a support pedagogue, you will provide support and services based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to giving residents the opportunity for an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you will be able to recognize each person's individual needs and conduct pedagogical work based on this. Since needs vary among users, no two days are alike, which makes for a challenging and exciting job. You will work closely with residents alongside your colleagues and have significant responsibility for driving and developing pedagogical work at the facility in consultation with the operations manager. Certain delegated health and care tasks are part of the role. Qualifications You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see individuals' needs. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: Degree from a support pedagogue program (200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy). Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group (adults, first category). Basic knowledge of household work such as cooking and hygiene. Computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish language, spoken and written. Meritorious if you also have: Experience in work management. Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior. Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues. Experience with clarifying communication and low-affective interaction. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment Terms Employment type: Permanent position with 6-month probation. Position level: Varying. Working hours: Days, evenings, and weekends at the group home. Days, evenings, on-call nights, and weekends at the service home. Start date: By agreement; planned startup is October 1, 2026. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E. What Can We Offer You?
